SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship physical products to:
• United Arab Emirates (UAE)
• Kuwait
At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.
SHIPPING TIMES

Kuwait:
• 2–7 business days

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the products ordered.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before payment is completed.
ORDER TRACKING
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.

• Public holidays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

This Shipping Policy applies only to physical products.
Digital products, online courses, downloadable materials, prerecorded content, and booked sessions are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping fees or delivery times.
